It will hard start from 20F- 40F when you add a little throttle while starting it. Once warmed up after a couple minutes, it will idle fine and run good under any temperature conditions and restart fine if turned off.The valve seal was also a problem. The exhaust valve sit's in a pocket that allows oil to sit in it. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running.
