My 09 6430 (not a premium) keeps beeping and shifting into neutral. I had a coolant leak the beginning of February and the warning light blinked and beeped and shifted into neutral. I got everything fixed and got the coolant filled up and maintaining the proper level.Try to recalibrate the transmission and see if this resolve your problem after a successful recalibration.
